PANORAMA 2023 \u00a0\u00bb mettant en lumi\u00e8re nos r\u00e9alisations de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, j\u2019aimerais vous parler de <b>notre Collectif Former pour Transformer<\/b><br \/>qui impacte chacune de nos actions.<\/p><p>Impuls\u00e9 par Fr\u00e8res des Hommes, il rassemble des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile du monde entier. Notre ambition commune&nbsp;? Contribuer \u00e0 la participation de toutes et tous \u00e0 des actions solidaires et au changement social, sans distinction d\u2019\u00e2ge, de m\u00e9tier, de sexe, de couleur de peau, de formation, de pouvoir \u00e9conomique. <span class=\"highlight-edito-2023\">\u00ab\u00a0Chaque partenaire accompagne les populations \u00e0 devenir des acteurs de changement. Le changement ne peut pas \u00eatre fait sans les populations&nbsp;: c\u2019est avec elles, pour elles et par elles. Le travail du Collectif Former pour Transformer r\u00e9side dans le renforcement et la mise en application des priorit\u00e9s qu\u2019on a d\u00e9finies ensemble\u00a0\u00bb <\/span> indique Jusl\u00e8ne, r\u00e9f\u00e9rente Former pour Transformer au sein du Mouvement Paysan Papaye en Ha\u00efti.<\/p><p>En 7 ann\u00e9es, <b>Former pour Transformer <\/b>s\u2019est m\u00e9tamorphos\u00e9. \u00c0 la suite de l\u2019\u00e9laboration d \u2019une vision politique commune, qui s\u2019articule autour de 6 priorit\u00e9s pour la transformation sociale, les organisations membres ont jou\u00e9 le jeu de la co-construction. La m\u00e9thode est la suivante&nbsp;: renforcer son organisation tout en favorisant le partage et l\u2019essaimage aupr\u00e8s des autres membres. Pour Yvette, animatrice \u00e0 l\u2019APEF&nbsp;: <span class=\"highlight-edito-2023\">\u00ab\u00a0Dans ma posture d\u2019animatrice, je me suis inspir\u00e9e des pratiques d\u2019autres organisations membres du <b>Collectif Former pour Transformer <\/b>pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accompagnement de nos groupes cibles&nbsp;: les outils et techniques d\u2019animation, les m\u00e9thodologies, l\u2019Atelier de la Transformation Sociale, les actions permises par le fonds de participation\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span> Les \u00e9changes permettent d\u2019outiller les \u00e9quipes de chaque organisation, dont Fr\u00e8res des Hommes. Nos ressources sont toutes en acc\u00e8s libre sur le site de l\u2019Atelier de la Transformation sociale (www.atelier.fdh.org). Je vous invite \u00e0 aller les d\u00e9couvrir.<br \/>Les exp\u00e9riences du <b>Collectif Former pour Transformer<\/b> r\u00e9sonnent aussi en France. Dans le 18\u00e8me arrondissement de Paris par exemple, les actions solidaires men\u00e9es avec les jeunes migrants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inspir\u00e9es de l \u2019association CONCEPT, au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, qui a accompagn\u00e9 des initiatives collectives citoyennes de jeunes artisans et artisanes.<\/p><p><b>Former pour Transformer<\/b> bouleverse radicalement les rapports partenariaux Nord-Sud. Ce que nous vivons fait \u00e9cho aux d\u00e9bats sur la d\u00e9colonisation de l\u2019aide au d\u00e9veloppement. En effet, les dynamiques que nous accompagnons et qui nous traversent visent \u00e0 lutter contre les rapports de domination sur les territoires, dans nos organisations et au sein m\u00eame du Collectif. Pour ce faire, l\u2019animation et la gouvernance sont de plus en plus partag\u00e9es et l\u2019\u00e9ducation populaire nous inspire.<\/p><p>Nous esp\u00e9rons que les nouvelles voies d\u2019actions emprunt\u00e9es par Fr\u00e8res des Hommes r\u00e9sonnent aussi chez vous. Au mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt, Ganga et Bipin, de Fedina, notre partenaire indien, se sont rendus \u00e0 Lima, au P\u00e9rou, pour rencontrer les membres de Cenca et \u00e9changer sur des pratiques d\u2019accompagnement des femmes en situations de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s.<\/b><\/p><p>Bien que membres du <b>Collectif Former pour Transformer, <\/b>la communication entre nos deux partenaires s\u2019est parfois av\u00e9r\u00e9e difficile du fait de nombreux param\u00e8tres&nbsp;: barri\u00e8re de la langue, distance g\u00e9ographique, diff\u00e9rences culturelles, etc.<\/p><p>Pour autant, les \u00e9quipes de <b>Cenca et Fedina <\/b>ont su \u00e9changer sur les actions r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans leur pays respectif pour r\u00e9pondre aux probl\u00e9matiques de mise en place de parcours d\u2019empowerment des femmes (l\u2019accompagnement de femmes victimes de violences domestiques par exemple). Une d\u00e9marche similaire dans le processus de suivi des femmes victimes de violences est mise en oeuvre&nbsp;: les \u00e9couter, croire en leur t\u00e9moignage, les persuader qu\u2019elles ne sont pas coupables, mais bien victimes, et, surtout, qu\u2019elles ne sont pas seules.<\/p><p>Afin de pr\u00e9venir les violences subies, Cenca a propos\u00e9 la mise en place d\u2019un outil utilis\u00e9 avec les femmes de <b>Mari\u00e1tegui&nbsp;:<\/b> le violentom\u00e8tre. Apr\u00e8s un \u00e9change sur les facteurs freinant le d\u00e9veloppement de <b>l\u2019empowerment des femmes,<\/b> chaque organisation a construit son propre violentom\u00e8tre. Celui-ci s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent pour chacune d\u2019elle&nbsp;! Fedina a class\u00e9 les violences subies de mani\u00e8re chronologique dans la vie d\u2019une femme, de la naissance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte. Cenca, de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, a class\u00e9 les types de violences les plus marquantes dans le processus d\u2019empowerment, aux violences les plus ordinaires subies par certaines p\u00e9ruviennes. Ensuite chaque organisation a partag\u00e9 ses actions pour les combattre.<\/p><p>Les femmes accompagn\u00e9es par Cenca et Fedina font face au m\u00eame ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne global tout au long de leur vie&nbsp;: la violence patriarcale. C\u2019est son caract\u00e8re syst\u00e9mique qui la rend particuli\u00e8rement difficile \u00e0 combattre.<\/p><p>Ce voyage aura permis d\u2019\u00e9changer sur l\u2019interculturalit\u00e9, la volont\u00e9 de poursuivre ces dynamiques au sein du Collectif Former pour Transformer et de se renforcer mutuellement.<\/p><p>Au terme de cette semaine riche en apprentissage, Fedina et Cenca ont exprim\u00e9 le souhait de s\u2019inspirer des pratiques et des dynamiques de l\u2019autre pour avancer, ensemble, vers <b>la transformation sociale en Inde et au P\u00e9rou.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-da54291\" data-id=\"da54291\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d642db0 text-bg-color elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d642db0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong><i>Habla Causa&nbsp;: <\/i>Sensibiliser \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres<\/strong><\/p><p>Comme de nombreuses p\u00e9ruviennes accompagn\u00e9es sont victimes de violences domestiques, sensibiliser les hommes \u00e0 la <b>d\u00e9construction des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes li\u00e9s au genre <\/b>s\u2019est impos\u00e9. Ces femmes ont ensuite partag\u00e9 leur apprentissage dans leur village respectif. Le projet ne se limite pas aux formations agricoles. 843 paysans ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une <strong>formation d\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation en kinyarwanda<\/strong> par 25 paysans formateurs choisis comme relais.<\/p><p>Outre l\u2019agro\u00e9cologie et l\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation, le projet R\u00e9cas\u00e9 met l\u2019accent sur <strong>l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres<\/strong> \u00e0 travers 3 journ\u00e9es citoyennes organis\u00e9es autour de la journ\u00e9e internationale des <strong>droits des femmes<\/strong> (8 mars). Congo,<\/strong> dans le cadre d\u2019un projet de 3 ans termin\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre 2023, <strong>l\u2019Association pour la Promotion de l\u2019Entrepreneuriat F\u00e9minin (APEF) et Fr\u00e8res des Hommes<\/strong> se sont mobilis\u00e9s pour <strong>l\u2019\u00e9mancipation et l\u2019empowerment social, \u00e9conomique et politique des femmes de Bukavu,<\/strong> dans l\u2019Est du pays.<\/p><p>En 2023, pour la cinqui\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re promotion du projet, 43 femmes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es en coupe-couture et 29 en<strong> alphab\u00e9tisation en swahili.<\/strong> Dans un objectif d\u2019insertion professionnelle, un<strong> kit d\u2019installation<\/strong> leur a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis apr\u00e8s leur certification. Elles ont \u00e9galement pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un accompagnement \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation et \u00e0 la gestion de microentreprise de coupe-couture. Ensuite, les femmes ont suivi des <strong>formations \u00e9mancipatrices<\/strong> sur le genre, la gestion de conflit ou encore les droits des femmes. De plus, 30 hommes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conscientis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des cercles de parole sur les <strong>masculinit\u00e9s positives.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, le projet FAJA, pour Formation et Autonomisation des Jeunes Apprenti.e.s,<\/strong> conjointement men\u00e9 par <strong>Fr\u00e8res des Hommes et l\u2019ONG Concept<\/strong> depuis 3 ans, est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 son terme en janvier 2024. Ce projet a permis une am\u00e9lioration significative de la situation sociale et professionnelle de jeunes apprentis artisans des communes de <strong>Grand Yoff<\/strong> et de <strong>Parcelles Assainies,<\/strong> au Nord-Est de la capitale. 90 jeunes femmes et hommes ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de <strong>formations professionnalisantes<\/strong> en menuiserie, coupe-couture, restauration ou en m\u00e9canique notamment. En 2023, ces jeunes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 16 \u00e0 35 ans ont finalis\u00e9 leur <strong>formation en alphab\u00e9tisation<\/strong> et ont tous suivi des <strong>formations en informatique&nbsp;;<\/strong> 18 seront bient\u00f4t officiellement certifi\u00e9s dans leur domaine respectif. En fin de formation, les jeunes sont accompagn\u00e9s dans l\u2019obtention de leur carte professionnelle aupr\u00e8s de la chambre des m\u00e9tiers.<\/p><p><strong>En R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo comme au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal,<\/strong> l\u2019accompagnement ne se limite pas aux formations professionnalisantes et \u00e0 l\u2019entrepreneuriat. Le projet int\u00e8gre un r\u00e9el <strong>parcours d\u2019autonomisation,<\/strong> de l\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation aux notions de citoyennet\u00e9, aux probl\u00e9matiques de genres et aux droits l\u2019association Gradimirh est entr\u00e9 dans une nouvelle phase. En d\u00e9pit d\u2019une crise politique et climatique ainsi qu\u2019un contexte \u00e9conomique et social compliqu\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par l\u2019inflation et l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, les actions pr\u00e9vues ont pu \u00eatre initi\u00e9es.<\/b><\/p><p>Ax\u00e9 sur<b> l\u2019autonomisation des collectifs de paysans et de jeunes citoyens <\/b>dans le d\u00e9veloppement des activit\u00e9s agricoles et la sensibilisation \u00e0 la protection de l\u2019environnement, l\u2019objectif du projet est de les encourager \u00e0 s\u2019investir durablement dans le d\u00e9veloppement et la transformation de leur territoire.<\/p><p>Un module de formation sur la <b>d\u00e9construction des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes d\u2019\u00e2ge et de genre<\/b> a \u00e9t\u00e9 coconstruit entre Fr\u00e8res des Hommes et son partenaire local \u00e0 destination des paysannes et des paysans.<\/p><p>Parmi les 53 groupements accompagn\u00e9s, 47 ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 leurs activit\u00e9s (\u00e9levage, cultures vivri\u00e8res ou cultures mara\u00eech\u00e8res) et 20 ont instaur\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9conomie solidaire entre leurs membres.<\/p><p>Tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, les comit\u00e9s citoyens ont organis\u00e9 des sessions de formation sur la pr\u00e9servation de l\u2019environnement et la<b> gestion des d\u00e9chets plastiques.<\/b> Une r\u00e9flexion sur les moyens de lutter contre les troubles de la paix publique, repr\u00e9sentant une r\u00e9elle menace pour la communaut\u00e9, a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9e. Ces premi\u00e8res actions citoyennes ont <b>mobilis\u00e9 plus de 500 villageoises et villageois.<\/b><\/p><p>Le <b>MPP<\/b> a organis\u00e9 un <b>camp d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 autour des enjeux d\u2019agro\u00e9cologie et de souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire<\/b> face aux d\u00e9r\u00e8glements climatiques auquel 40 jeunes ont particip\u00e9. dictature militaire d\u2019Hugo Chavez (1971 &#8211; 1978) et qui, d\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation, s\u2019est affirm\u00e9e en faveur de la d\u00e9mocratie et contre le pouvoir en place.<\/p><p>Fr\u00e8res des Hommes et IPTK <b>partageant les m\u00eames valeurs de solidarit\u00e9<\/b> et une d\u00e9termination commune \u00e0 soutenir les personnes subissant des injustices, Marie Bouret et Caroline Kientz \u2013 respectivement responsable du P\u00f4le Form\u2019action et responsable du d\u00e9veloppement des partenariats \u2013<br \/>se sont rendues en Bolivie afin de concr\u00e9tiser la collaboration.<\/p><p>Le projet d\u2019un an d\u00e9but\u00e9 en novembre est \u00e0 destination de 80 femmes et 70 hommes de la municipalit\u00e9 d\u2019Ocur\u00ed, dans le <b>Sud-Ouest de la En s\u2019appuyant sur les <strong>formations citoyennet\u00e9<\/strong> de <strong>Concept<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>Dakar<\/strong>, 3 actions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es&nbsp;: une <strong>distribution alimentaire<\/strong> aux sans-abris de La Chapelle, un <strong>match de football<\/strong> avec les habitants du quartier et un<strong> \u00ab&nbsp;go\u00fbter-jeux&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong> visant \u00e0 f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les familles et les \u00e9tudiants du Centre social autour de la langue fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 <strong>Lille,<\/strong> c\u2019est avec <strong>Utopia 56<\/strong> \u2013 association de soutien aux personnes exil\u00e9es accueillant des mineurs non accompagn\u00e9s (MNA) \u2013 que nous avons conduit notre action&nbsp;: la <strong>r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un film<\/strong> retra\u00e7ant la trajectoire de vie et la situation des jeunes.<\/p>\n<p>Si, d\u2019avril \u00e0 juillet, l\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019est r\u00e9unie chaque semaine pour travailler sur le projet, celui-ci n\u2019a pu aboutir du fait du changement de lieu de r\u00e9sidence de 3 jeunes. Malgr\u00e9 ce contretemps, l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation aura renforc\u00e9 <strong>l\u2019empowerment des jeunes,<\/strong> v\u00e9ritable dessein de l\u2019action.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration des activit\u00e9s a permis aux participants de travailler, discuter et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir ensemble, surmontant les difficult\u00e9s en fran\u00e7ais. Si les actions peuvent sembler modestes, elles ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une <strong>meilleure connaissance de soi<\/strong> et une <strong>plus grande implication<\/strong> des jeunes aux dynamiques solidaires&nbsp;; c\u2019est en ce sens que l\u2019on parle de changement social. Comme l\u2019explique un jeune&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Ces actions m\u2019ont inspir\u00e9, j\u2019ai envie de continuer \u00e0 faire des actions&nbsp;\u00bb. Une exp\u00e9rience humaine \u00e9galement riche pour les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;J\u2019ai appris avec satisfaction qu\u2019apr\u00e8s le match, ils jouaient au foot tous les jours avec les gens du coin. Finalement il y avait une dimension de transformation sociale dans cette action. Le coll\u00e8ge des jeunes, un espace de parole pour <b>renforcer le pouvoir d\u2019agir,<\/b> se r\u00e9unira en Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale.
