Frères des Hommes develops its activities throughout France, relying on its militants and volunteers. Volunteers for Frères des Hommes, individually or in teams, raise regional awareness on the issues of development and interdependence of countries to the North and South. With this aim, volunteers organise events and participate in themed campaigns to raise awareness and mobilize the public, social partners and public institutions.

Frères des Hommes has the following aims :

• incite the public towards solidarity with other nations;
• create ties of reciprocal collaboration between the local players in the North and South, to combat together against poverty and precariousness;
• fight against prejudices to change mentalities.
