Dear friends,

All of Frères des Hommes projects aim at uniting all men and women in the world in an awareness that they are condemned to live together in a global village, a unified fraternel global village.
Building a unified global village asks for many collective battles in the North and in the South. And there are some battles that we must fight together. We must create actions that show that we want a fairer, more unified and more fraternel world.
We sincerely thank you for your participation in Quimper’s Operation 2000 peasant baskets, in which we are proudly involved. This operation ties directly to our combat for food sovereignty which aims first of all at allowing residents of the countryside and neighbouring towns to eat good produce, healthy produce and and produce issue of agricultural that preserves and respects the environment.
We back Operation 2000 peasant baskets with all our might. We are ready to participate by bringing our organic agriculture expertise and adding produce made in Haiti.
We also hope that the pioneers of this operation will come share their experiences with us in Haiti. This experience can inspire peasants and citizens of Haiti to come together in their combat for food sovereignty and preservation and protection of the environment in Haiti.
In hopes that Quimper’s Operation 2000 baskets will soon become 100000 baskets Operations.

Fraternally,
For the executive direction of the Papayan peasant Movement,
Chavannes Jean-Baptiste,
Director
