Mongolia - The steppes rediscover the shallot!

31 year-old Amgalan Bayar has lived in France for the past 6 years with his wife, Audrey. As well as running an eco-tourism business, he has set up an organic shallot farm in cooperation with farmers in Mongolia. Last July, while on a trip to Mongolia, the DynamoS’olidaire team met with this highly creative couple. Peru - An exposition to popularize potatoes

Promoting the “papas nativas” against the competition of non-traditional cultivation: this the goal of the first potatoes’ trade fair held in Tarma, Peru. Mexico - Sowing Maize in the Capital to Grow National Unity
