Senegal - Meeting of artisans in Touba in september 2009

From the 3rd to the 10th of september, 22 woodworkers from Louga, Meckhé and Thiès met in Touba, central Senegal, to learn new techniques of furniture production, in particular tables, shelves and doors. The artisans learned alot, attests El Hadj Bara, head of the calendar of activities by Kora-PRD in Touba : « Many of the artisans had never seen this type of mountable and dismountable tables and chairs.
